  • Payment for every entry should be remitted on time.

  • Substitution of participants is allowed.

  • The NRIC organisers will not provide refunds for cancellation or postponements.

  • The organising committee assumes no liability whatsoever in the event this competition is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders the conduct/organisation of this competition impossible.

  • For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergencies.

 

  • Certain circumstances beyond our control may necessitate the alteration, or the cancellations of certain events in the programme or the programme itself.

  • Any such alteration to the original programme schedule will be made known via our website.

  • The organisers accept no responsibility whatsoever for the death, illness, injury, loss or damage of any property belonging to, or financial loss incurred by any persons attending the event.
